Hello All,

I have a JQ1325-100W CO2 Laser and I use LaserCut 5.3 software. Almost every evening after 5.30 pm my software stops communicating with my machine and i get the following message when i try to download a file to the machine "The communication is broken for timeout. Please close and open the output window to retry". I tried restarting machine, computer, changing usb cable, turning off power saving modes etc but nothing helps in re-establishing the connection. I am forced to shut down my work after this and next day morning when i try everything works fine only to run into the same problem again tomorrow evening.
Can someone please help me to find out the root cause of this issue. I see a few threads on this topic but without a solution .
