Release from 18 Nov 2022 looks like a poor joke!

I have access to two different machines with the MK3 controller. One of them using RPi4 and the other a Gen8 i5 laptop. Both of them exhibit similar problems with the latest release, but to a different degree:
    - RPi4 - When homing, the moves are not continuous, looks like accumulating steps and issuing all of them at once, every few seconds. The wireless pendant doesn't work at all.
    - Gen8 i5 laptop - Homing is continuous, but painfully slow (way slower than the configured 1000mm/min for rapid homing and 100mm/min for second pass). The wireless pendant looks like accumulating steps and issuing them once every few seconds.

I have attached the profile that I use on the RPi4 connected controller. It works with the release from 12 Aug 2022. On Monday I will try the older release on the laptop connected machine as it is still being configured - we went directly for the new version with that one!

The RPi4 I have reverted back to the previous release and it works as expected.

I faced a similar issue on my Lathe when running on Linux. The same profile works fine on Windows. I reverted back to the previous version till this issue is fixed.

The Gen8 i5 PC is running Windows 10 and the CNCs are different mechanically. It is not a copied profile, but a new one built from scratch.

I made a stupid typing mistake.
Fix for this bug is curranty building and fixed version will be ready few hours.

I'm running TNGv2 on macOS and Linux. On Linux it is running painfully slow. It takes several seconds to move an axis 1 mm when homing (the homing speed is set to 1600 mm/min). I was running the 12 Aug 2022 version and saw this discussion. I hoped it would be fixed with the new 11 Dec 2022 version, but unfortunately it is still painfully slow. Both equivalent Mac versions work fine. I need this to work on Linux. As far as I have been able to determine, everything works except for the speed.

Make sure you really have correct version.
    Otherwise your problem is elsewhere.

    Latest Linux version is:

You got it wrong! The link from PlanetCNC is apparently for a newer version... probably not yet uploaded to the website!
Although, there is no new information in the changelog!

Thanks for the heads-up, RaraAvis! I missed that, mostly since I had just downloaded what I believed to be the most recent version from planet-cnc.com.
Unfortunately, the problem persists in the 22 Dec version.

What PC configuration are you using for Linux? I have no visible problems with RPi4 and fully updated distribution

I'm running it in Desktop mode on a Steam Deck with SteamOS 3.4.2. SteamOS is a Debian derivative, as is Raspberry Pi OS.

    What is your PC configuration?
SteamOS was made for SteamDeck gaming console.

It is, in fact, running on a Steam Deck in desktop mode ("Currently, this is a stock KDE Plasma experience in terms of installing software."). This is an ideal platform for me. I have built a multi-axis microphone positioning system and I have written a Python app for controlling the positioning system via the gamepad controls (as well as remote control over the network from Mac and iPhone apps). Everything is working, so far, including the TNGv2 API, except for the movement speed.

In case it matters to anyone, here, I need to offer a correction. SteamOS moved from Debian to Arch linux in version 3.

I just wanted to let everyone know that TNGv2 is working great on Steam Deck, now (SteamOS 3.4.6). I got pulled away from this project for a few months and recent updates to the Steam Desktop software have solved the speed issue without any further effort on my part.
