    Sinumerik 810D

    Hello; I have a machine ( h63 deawoo) that has a sinumerik 810d control system. The problem I have with it now is that the spindle motor stops quickly and without interruption when it stops (reset the machine or stop) and this causes the spindle gearbox to fail. How can I increase the spindle stop speed?

    Find spindle drive parameters and check the ramp values, the parameters may be incorrect.
    Increasing deceleration ramp time will lengthen the stop time and reduced the current.
