Hi i am a Cimatron user, but mi inglish is tooooo bad, the Cimatron is a Very good CAM, but its very dificult find information, now i have a E9 version.

I am a cimatron user as well almost for 5 years.I am using both cimatron it 13.3 and elite 8.5.Cimatron is very succesful on CAM.

I used Cimatron E8.5 to design the 3D model and later convert the 3D drawing to step file for our customer to approve. Our customer used PTC CoCreate to open the step file. Feedback from customer there are a lot of warning messages appeared when they open the step file. Warning message like “Body is a non-manifold part”, “Body is a wire”, “Knife Edge found” and etc…
Any body knows what caused this warning message to appear?

We use a Haas VM6 with a trunnion table so we have a 5-axis machine. I have not heard much about cimatron, so I am wondering how difficult it is to find good programmers if we purchase cimatron. thanks

I used Cimatron E10 for 5 axis NC programming... It is awesome ! Much better than E9, and E8.5 . I tried Solidcam and Mastercam X . Cimatron is my choise.

cimatron it13 user! love it however it seems to me that machining is too slow for me, id like to make our lead time faster. maybe its in my programming skills or the software.
