    Parameter 1850 fanuc 18m

    Hi
How to set the 1850 Fanuc parameter. ? In the rotary axis, how much is the change of this parameter equivalent to one degree?

look at the parameter 1821 that is the reference counter for the axis
parameter 1821 divided by 360 degrees will be the value for 1 degree

The number of parameter 1821 is 2000 in my machine.
When I divide by 360, it becomes 5.55556.
That means it changes one degree for every 5.555556? Why is this not a rand number?
On what basis is this parameter number 1821 selected?
    Thank you for your guidance

Out of curiosity, what is your rotary axis 1850 parameter currently?

I have 40 of this type of machine and the parameters are different numbers. There are from negative 12,000 to positive 15,000. My problem is that every time I enter random numbers to set the b axis so that the table is at the zero point on the index

Usually pwe=1 needs setting and e-stop depressed to change Fanuc parameters.

    ?
    This is not my problem.
I am familiar with the Fanuc system.
I want to know the logic of setting the index table with parameter 1850?

do you know if you have abolute encoder or incremental?
What do you have set on parameter 1815 for that axis?
the value of the gridshift should be the same everytime you power on the machine after doing it first time
that value is reset when you modify the APZ on the 1815 parameter
so i think soething is not set corectly
