    Makino 1210 Thru Spindle Air

    Would Anyone know the max Air Psi you can push thru a makino1210 Spindle. How do you go about adjusting the PSi also. Our fearless maintanence fellers don't have a clue, plus makino has never returned the 4 calls we've placed to them.HElp would be greatly appreciated! THX

    You could try adjusting the psi that goes into the machine.It could have a regulator that is seprate just for that.If not,maintanence could probrably install one.

    I guess MAKINO is a piece of junk ,we have 7 new MAKINO and all have the problems same as you ,we are getting lots of chips in spindle and already scrapped lots of parts ,and the best thing is MAKINO engg. dont have a clue why its happening.
