    Need info on stepper motors?

I read the term Holding power?
If you have a 425OZ stepper motor and run it in full step mode.
When its NOT turning will it LOCK up with 425OZ?
And in 1/8 step mode a 200 per step motor would have 1600 steps?
And if the same step motor had 1.8 degrees per a step in Full step mode.
Would it realy have .001125 degrees per a step in 1/8th step mode?
And only move .0011 per a step?
