Lost all fanuc 18i (t) parameters - help!

    Hello,

We just did the RESET+DELETE at power up and erased parameters in our Daewoo puma 250 turning center. We have a floppy disk with the parameter files that we saved on our server (to download to the machine). How do we get these files into the machine and load them back in?? Help!!
I tried the techniques I read on a similar post (OM control), but it was a different controller then ours (18T) and we couldn't find the numbers.

    Thanks in Advance
    -Chris

    Solution

    Hi,
Normally, when you clear paramerter , the system will automatically set up to Chanel 0, Baud Rate 4800. First, press EMG. switch then go to PARAMETER page then try to find [READ] at the softkey if can not find press right most (right arrow point key under CRT) softkey untill you see it then press it, there is "LSK" blinking at the bottom right corner CRT that mean they are waitng to recieve data from your computer. If you send from the PC the "LSK" will change to "Input" instead, then you have a cup of beer.
    Good luck.
