    TNC 150 skipping blocks intermittantly

Hi, I've acquired a Bridgeport MDI Series1 with a TNC 150 control. When I run a program with a Label call repeat it will occasionally completely skip a linear positioning block and then go to the wrong position in absolute mode. It will then display an error message saying it can not complete the next block. This is because it knows it's gone to the wrong position. It's already run through the code once to get there and I've tried turning cutter comp on and off.
Any suggestions as to what to look at?
    Thanks
    Alan

Sorted. Put the line in twice and it works for some reason, no idea why.

Must be a glitch, subroutine calls should return to the line after the call. In writing it twice you have ensured the line call isn't missed. Strange one though.
