    retrofitting a manual to CNC

    Im looking at retrofitting my manual King lathe into a CNC Chucker lathe. Just looking for some direction as buying a used CNC is out of my price rang and most of the ones available in Ontario are over priced and beaten to crap.

    What are the required motors power of X, Z axis and spindle? by KW or Nm
    Need above information to evaluate the retrofit package.

    Yes x,z and spindle what I’d like to
    Do with it is ether make it a gang slide style chuck or if possible a turret much like the haas clathe or Hardinge style

    Honestly I don’t know my lathe is a 10x22
    Single phase 110v.
