    Unhappy Drip feed mode for FANUC-6M

    Hi,

    My customer has FANUC 6M.
    RS-232 port of 6M does not support drip feed mode.
    Has any one found a solution to run 3-D jobs on 6M using drip feed mode ?

    Drip feed for 6m

    If the control is equipped with a tape reader a BTR may provide the solution.

    They can get you a board to drip feed or we can.

    Will your BTR act just like drip feed mode on any other CNC ?
    According to me, drip feed will be slow (decided by tape reader hardware), even if we install BTR. Clarify.
