Machine has been acting up and at about my wits end with it. Changed out the limit switch to a new one and it did not work. Switched the Y and X axis servo amplifiers (cause y is working fine) and that did not work either. Bought a new 30 amp servo amplifier for the X axis and that did not work. Checked all connections, cant change grid axis offset because its NGC. Currently only able to run one machine and its delaying production so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Typically on our VF-2's, I hand jog the axis further away from the home switch, then rehome the machine. This works in about 99% of cases on my machines. The other times it wound up being debris on the home switch, or a bad switch.

My power cable went bad on my xaxis and started arc welding under the casting. I swap servo drives and stuff trying to figure it out. 12awg-4c wire for power. ampenhol 18-10 for connector. signal is 22awg 10c 20-29 amphenol. with some weird molex connectors on panel side. I am trying to find a source for the connectors. I just soldered up a new power cable for temp sakes.
