I have about 1 inch of creep across 5 feet on a 3/4" thick bar, under its own weight, most of that creep is in the last couple months when it would have been over 100F for 8 hours a day.
Also have about 1/8th inch of creep across a 5 foot long 1.125" thick bar, under its own weight. Thr larger bar is white, and would not have warmed up as much.
It takes about 50 to 60 pounds to straighten the 3/4” 2.5" wide bar across its weak axis.(im supprised it didnt break)
These are actually backsplash remnants and appear to be factory cast in forms and they can be found in scrap piles as straight as .001" per foot across the width. (Thickness is not as well controlled)
