I was wondering if anyone could offer some input on these two companies. I am looking at the Tormach 24R because it comes with a 2hp spindle and NEMA 34 motors and uses 110v (which is what is currently in my garage).

A company in Upstate NY (I am from Long Island NY) called DB cnc offers custom built cnc routers, of which I am insterested in their 2x4 sized machine. It come with a 3hp spindle, NEMA 34 motors, and can include a dual ballscrew/motor system for the y axis. *But I need to run a 220v line into my garage for this.

I have 220v coming into my electric service box, but nothing in the house uses 220v (no 220v outlets). Has anyone had experience running a 220v line as I need to do?

Does anyone have any experience with either of these? Or, can anyone comment on images of the respective machines to offer opinions on their construction, etc.? The Db cnc is custom welded steel, as seen in the images, is there anything anyone can opine about such construction? dbcncrouters.com

Sincere thanks for any help.
