    RFQ Amp Chassis

    I would like to know if anyone here has the ability to make 1/8" thick welded aluminum chassis that is powder coated for the following designs linked.

    Hi,

    I can do the welding & machining, and I know somebody for the powder coating, but only for big batches. Need a quote?

    Ken Fisher used regular old Hammond chassis in his amps... 1/8" is really thick The hammond stuff I think uses .053" thick. My favorite chassis guage in aluminum is .08" thick... strong enough for the heaviest of transformers. And much easier for a shop to bend.
