Thanks,

Hi,
I can do the welding & machining, and I know somebody for the powder coating, but only for big batches. Need a quote?
Ken Fisher used regular old Hammond chassis in his amps... 1/8" is really thick The hammond stuff I think uses .053" thick. My favorite chassis guage in aluminum is .08" thick... strong enough for the heaviest of transformers. And much easier for a shop to bend.

Komboking makes a very good amp chassis... and is an Ampage regluar. Give him a shout. http://www.komboking.worldbreak.com/custom.html
