Ideal table height for a mill

I just purchased a Rong Fu RF45 mill. I am going to build a stand for it, but I don't know what the ideal working height should be. I don't want to be standing on my toes or bending over all of the time? What should I try to make the height of the mill's table?

I generally build stands and tables so that the working surface is elbow hieght when standing. The standard hieght bar stool will have you at the right hieght too if you want to sit while working.
Just what I do. Everyone likes a different hieght. Build it to fit YOU.
