Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me with my problem on our DMC 63V Deckel Maho Machine w/ Heidenhein Controls. Below are the details:

The original motor of the machine w/ part# 1FK6063-6AF71-1AH0 became defective. We replaced it with 1FK7063-5AF71-1AH0. The only difference of the 2 motors is the # of poles. The 1FK6063 has 6 poles while the 1FK7063 had 5 poles. After installing the new motor 1FK7063-5AF71-1AH0, the machine displayed below errors.

1. C3B0 Motor Does Not Rotate
2. 0380 Motor Z Not Controllable

Guys, if any of you have encountered this error or have any idea on how to fix this pls help me. Also, if you have a soft copy of this manual DMC63V w/ Heidenhein Control pls send it in my email. Here are my email address.

The problem is that our machine hard disk is dead and not working due to media card problem also our backup is crash and not repairable. We need software in above mentioned machine so that we can buy other hard drive and install it so that our machine will work smoothly.

Ask heidenhain or DMG. HH should be cheaper. The HD should be a regular straight off the shelf, but the Software is special. But you can try to read it with a standard Windows PC eventually you can try Data recovery programs. If this would work, copy your complete disk to one with a similiar capacity and try to use it.

Dear Concern Person,

We have a DECKEL MAHO DMC 63V CNC Machining Center; the Specs of the Controller are as follows:
TNC 426/430
HEIDENHAIN
NC: SOFTWARE
280475 16

The machine was functioning smoothly when it was last shutdown at the end of the working day. When we started the machine on the next morning, we are getting the Alarm:

“LE 430 LOADER
Hard Disk problem 3 Encountered
You can try auto repair which may result in data loss
Auto Repair [Y / N]”

We tried to auto repair by selecting “Y” but the alarm remains. We have removed the Hard Disk and tried to recover the data but have been unable to do so. Unfortunately, our back up data has also been lost.

The electronic repair engineer has indicated that if the NC software for this controller is available they would be able to copy that in another hard drive and install it so that our machine will work smoothly.

We would deeply appreciate if someone could send us the software.
