Problem like this: OLD Makino Fanuc 6MB?? . someone crashed the mpg box into dust. Put in cute taiwanese handwheel that works beautifully except.. the new encoder is 100 ppr , the old one was 500 ppr . It takes ages to move with it and the customer wants to throw it back to us. Couldn't find any parameter in the fanuc book to change the MPG multiplication ratio !!

Try these (if I am understanding you right):

7113 - Manual handle feed magnification m (1 - 127)
7114 - Manual handle feed magnification n (0 - 1000)

setting code 1----- multiply 0.5

Parameter 27 & 28 is command multiply ratio should not change this parameter. There is no parameter for MPG pulse ratio. Pulse selector switch .001, .01, .1 available in the machine. if it is available you have to use that one. otherwise you have to wiring, in Fanuc 6TB Model connection point is C03 Connector pin No 7,8 & 10.
