    Mach3 Communication for Development ?

    Hi Everybody,

I recently got my diy cnc working and I started to play around with Mach3. I discovered that there are many options of communicating with mach3, ie serial port, parallel port etc.

I've got the manual and scanned through it but I'm not finding alot of information on interfacing with Mach3? I'm especially interested in serial port but any other communication methods will be fine. What I would like to do is to create a open source pendant for remote control among other things.

Any technical information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Tom

The best source of info is the Yahoo support group, and the customization Wiki.
