    flying eyeball

    Hello,

A kid in my shop want me to machine something called a flying eyeball for a mini-chopper that he is building.

Does anyone know of a free or share program that will help me draw this in a 3d shape, or better yet, supply me with a file that I can iges in.

P.s. I am new so please forgive me if this is an odd request.

    thanks

You could build it in MOI, which is free. I don't know if it will export in .iges though maybe just .stl

    Moi-K

    Thanks

I will check out Moi and keep in touch on my progress.

Keep in mind that this is a backburner project for me. Especially as my own electric go-cart fabrication project is ahead in the line (smile).

    thanks

    thanks for your interest

Thank You, I will look at this evening and have something for you
by the end of the week...
As a check, do you want a 3D profile or a 2D? Also, please let me know
what your dimensions need to be?

    size

I am guessing that the size of this required would be about 2" high (50mm) and roughly 4 or 5 inches across. It will be going on the front of the bike on the fork tri-support.

    thanks

    thanks,

The iges works fine. I can change it to suit whatever the gods of mini-choppers want to do with it.

    cheers
