    Fanuc OT Control/Colchester 2000L Lathe

    Hi,
I have a Colchester 2000L Lathe machine, it has Fanuc OT Control, when i turn the power on, screen show 0602-06, PMC :2-14 and says Not Ready.

At the alarm message it says (Not Ready), but no alarm message, how do I get out of this Not Ready Mode. If knows how to get Fanuc OT control manual, need help.
    Thanks.

That is the normal screen for an OT on boot up.You now need to press machine start button. This should start the hydraulics and the screen should change to position then you reference it.

Make sure the E-Stop is not depressed or latched in the off position. Sometimes you have to turn them to the right to unlock them. Sometimes you have to pull up on them to unlock them.

Our Fanuc OT's have this screen when booting up too but it disappears after a few seconds... except on one machine.. for some reason the "hang up" is caused by the bar feeder. we hit the reset button on the barfeed and then it is fine. so if you have a barfed, maybe that is it- if not, maybe the previous owner did and the control is waiting for a ready signal that will never come?

I have found that I have to keep the power "on" button depressed until the hydraulics kick in.

    Dear Okhan.

This message is cased bay many reasons, but what you can check is the Fuses and the circuit breaker inside the Main Fanuc system Box at the back side of the machine.

Mostly one of the circuit breakers is on off mode

    Dear All,

i have a problem with the Colchester 200l CNC, the machine boots up with the error 600-06 and "not ready" is flickering on the left side of the screen, no specific alarm number observed

I have checked almost everything, EMG button, circuit, Fuses circuit breakers but with no success

Anyone have the maintenance manual for Colchester 200l please share it with me
Along with the cabinet contents diagram if you have it

    Note:
I do not have the actual parameters for any Fanuc machine, just the parameter manual on how to set.
You require to contact either the OEM or someone with the same machine to obtain your particular settings.
They are different for every machine depending on the builder or retro-fitter.
