    Metric to inch conversion

Is there an easy way to convert metric G-code to inch? in Mach3
If not, is it possible to maintain 2 setup files one for inch, and one for matric?

You can setup a different profile in Mach. One for inch and another metric. I have a different profile for two machines I use. Different screws, but both are inches. Similar principle applies though. It's all in the profile. Use Mach 3 Loader and load the profile you want. In the first screen, to the right, you can create new profiles.

You could scale the axis by 25.4, but you'd probably need to lower the feedrate with the FRO. The scale DRO's are right next to the axis DRO's.
