    Adaptive milling fixture help

I want to introduce adaptive milling to the company I work for as an option to better our tolerances on the turbine blades we manufacture. I need a good fixturing idea to hold the blades in the free state so I can machine the attachments on the inboard and outboard ends.

    Thanks

    Chris

have you looked into AME the SAFE line of tooling? Lots of cool self aligning clamps and blocks.

I checked out their website after you told me about it. This just may work for my situation. Thanks very much.
