Medical CO2 laser tubes for retrofit?

    Hello,
I see medical lasers on ebay from time to time and they seam to be fairly high power, Some of them over a 100 watts, but most of them are sold as is. Will these tubes and power supplies work for a DIY laser table?
    Thanks

Most use glass tubes, so there's no reason to purchase those over any of the other tubes listed on eBay unless the price difference is major (you'll typically pay major money for a surgical laser). So, once you pay major bucks for a surgical laser, you still need a table. Might as well purchase a pre-made US laser table and be done with it, or for the inexpensive route buy one of the tubes and make your own table.

yes they will work for a laser table.... generaly on the high side of the price range but are much more robust (if they are in working condition) than the Chinese imports.
    thanks
