Anyone have any experience with setting up for cutting marine ply, outdoor mdf or engineered sheeting of some sort that works ok with a waterjet? I have a project that I'd like to make out of 4x4ft plywood or sheet material that would be inexpensive. The waterjet I use I've only cut metal and plexi sheeting on, so wood or woodlike products are new to me. I've cut plexi on it, but I'm not sure that would be cost effective for what I have in mind. I need to cut 8 4x4ft sheets to get all the parts. Ideas?
