I need some help .my maschine stops in the PC NOT READY how can I enter the parameters in RAM .I probebly lost the RAM data when the batery was changed.

I have just replace a PC PCB on a seicos control.
-You should check to see if all data pc data is set correctly ie slbus/ table etc.
-Check to see if the ladder is still on the pc pcb.
- Make sure the write enable switch is not on.

I have a VK45 and a manual for the VM40 that I use as my bible to the VK45. The machines are nearly identical and the VM40 manual has much more readable information than the VK45 manual. I suspect most of the parameters are the same too. Here is a list of mine:

I have managed to get the wires out . started the machine and i need some how to get out the 4x5 axis from the software so i can work with the machine in 3 axis as i want . Did some one have made this modification ?

Looks like you have more pressing problems with the X axis. Is the table hard against one end or froze up?

If i dont have the 4x5 axis , drivers can still have the FG missing 24v so it dont want to enable .

Seicos MYII is not the same as Seicos II - I can give you the parameters you need if you can confirm your control. Take a pic of the control cabinet or the software page and I will help you out.

Its MyII , i will make some pics on monday . Its funny that on the machine page the absolut positon is x0.000 y0.000 z0.000 i think it needs the encoder reset position done . This is my first time on a seicos control and it looks to be a complicated machine .

hi...how did you solve that problem?....ls answer me...i have a seiki whit seicos my II controller...and i have a user's msg "240 X axis interlock alarm"...i've manualy moved the x axis by removing the cover and manualy scruig it out of limit switch...the OT alarm gone but still can't erase this ms and it wa't let me start the servo...so, i can't move on any axes...pls reply
