    CamBam. It's easy to learn with fairly impressive features and great support. Best of all its FREE! for now.

    Seconded: excellent support, quick bug fixes, configurable POST processor, support for complex plasma cutting.

    Dolphin cad cam hands down. CAD & CAM + efficient + easy, will do the job of any multi thousand dollar system.

    Sheetcam. Nice and easy. Feature packed. Excellent support.
    Not as cheap as Cam Bam, but not expensive either. The newer version Les is working on has some additional nice features already as well.

    I like AlphaCam, but I think thats because thats the only cam package we use at work and Im so used to it.
