    4X8 CNC router cutting 3/16 aluminum sheet

    Anyone have experiance cutting aluminum with a CNC router.
    Looking for tips on endmills to use - feeds and speeds.

    I am trying a onsrud 63-620 tomarow to see how it works.
    Not sure how to enter with the tool... ramp in or plunge strait... what speed?

    Let me know if you have any ideas.
