I alain, I bought a laser machine redsail 120X, it does not work, and the software is configured in Chinese,:devious: I contacted redsail, but no answer, no PDF document,:nono: for the use of machine, help me please,

Can you be more specific as to what is not working? Does the laser fire, does the table move at all, does the software load or are there errors upon startup, are you able to load an image and sen it to the machine?

The translations aren't perfect, but the RedSail machines do have an "English" version of the control program... what are you using, MoshiDraw? Hopefully someone can post up some screen shots of their copy, which should give you enough information to figure out what to change. It's not ideal, but it should get you going if/when RedSail gets back to you.

I do not have the version of the control program in English,
I used to draw autocad and coreldraw, I can open a picture with the program, but adjustments on the panel of the machine are in Chinese, and the right of the screen (link) are also characters in Chinese.

there should be a few versions of the software on the cd
anyway join the club , i have it in englisch.
but until now i havent been succesfull in engraving anything
what software do you have? lasermate or easycut?
my machine is the m300 and it should have arived with lasermate but it has easycut instead.

it seems mine is 2.0 and does not work at all.
i can not even cut a singe circle..
