    drip feeding an m2 control

I can't figure out how to drip feed a m2 control? I know on the m32, mplus, and fusion 640 all you need to do is use the tape mode. I can't find the tape mode on the m2. Can I drip feed in tape mode or do I need the DNC opition?

DNC on a standard Mitsubishi M2 control requires a certain s/w version.
I believe it's 7005. If you don't have it, Mits can re-write you FX04 PCB. You will also need new chips for your FX25 pcb.

If you have the option already installed, for the DNC function to work you need to set "TAPE (RS-232) on the last page of user parameters. You must also reset "PTR ALLOW" in the machine parameters.
