Hello all! This is my obligatory first post -- I've been a lurker for a couple months, and want to thank you all for the good info on this site.
I recently purchased the Cummins version of the Seig X2 for some home gunsmith work I was doing. Unfortunately, I quickly found the table size too limited for my needs. However in my craigslist travels, I found a used Enco RF45 clone from a local seller. I paid just under $1000 for the Enco. It seems to be in good shape, and the former owner claimed less than 20 hours runtime. However, he said that he'd never trammed or squared the mill. I had to break it down for transport, and am in the process of reassembly. Any suggestions on tramming, squaring, tweaking, etc. would be appreciated.
thanks in advance,
Larry
PS: I'm not interested in CNC at this stage.
