Hello all.

I have acquired a KIWA Excelcenter 4L Bed Mill with Fanuc 10m controller.

This is my first machine and my first experience with a Fanuc controller.

Needs some work...

I am looking for any and all manuals for the fanuc 10m controller.

I am hoping someone can turn me on to these. I appreciate any help or info.

Is there anyone else out there running one of these mills?

Do not post any links to fanuc manuals here, as they are copyrighted info. Sorry, but we've had complaints from Fanuc themselves in regards to info being posted here.

I use a Leadwell CNC mill with a 10M control on it. Is there anything specifically you need to know?

I will take delivery of the machine on Wednesday. Everything is an unknown to me right now. I am looking for any documentation, schematics, whatever, to start with. Schematics of the controller would be very helpful.

I've been looking on line and I've come across the Connecting Manual for Fanuc 10/11/12 manual.

What is the content of the Connecting Manual for Fanuc 10/11/12?
Sounds like something I may need, just not sure what it is exactly.

conneting manual is basically for machine builders/ retrofitter. It does not have any maintenance information or alarms or parameters. If you can pick up the connecting manual for $10-$15, then by all means please buy it.

dear sir,

we have a HAMAI milling machine with fanuc 10m control. while running machine running condition battery alarm is came .our electrcian changed batteries in machine power off condition.so parameters are loss. we have parameters and re-initialised.all axis are moving assept spindle. in our parameter manual DATA TABLE CONTROL DATA parameters are upto DOOO to D116. but in system it is showing upto DOO74.how can i increase the data table upto D116.because spindle parameters are DOO82 to D0086. please give us feedback to solve the problem.
