I have a question. I was wondering how a ball mill used for milling metal would cut wood, actually ebony inlayed with mother of pearl. It doesn't have to be very smooth because final sanding will take care of that. My question is are they sharp enough? I don't know if they use different kind of sharpness for metal cutting bits? I have used a round nose router bit and it seems to do a decent job but knowing wood cutting bits the mother of pearl is going to dull it pretty quickly, and I think it is all ready. Below are links to what I'm using and what I want to use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
