How to connect laser power supply?

    Hello!
Does anybody know how to connect laser power supply to computer? I still can not understand it. Let's assume that I wand to engrave something. What commandin TurboCNC corresponds inclusions of the laser on the given capacity? It G or M-code. May be something else like speed (F-code)?

You need a control board... the PS does not connect directly to the computer.

Did you mean that I need a special board except my cnc controller?
But in any case, what commands answer for capacity?

You need some form of interface between the computer and the PS, you cannot connect them directly together. Your CNC controller may offer that option, but I cannot say, that will be up to you to decide.

Strange.... I was thinking that I can use PWM option of mach2. I mean that S-code may control laser power like it control spindle speed. Am I right?

Yes, if you're using Mach, then your software has the capability for PWM... but the software needs some form of interface between the PC and your PS. That's where the hardware comes in.
