    3/16 Aluminum cutting

    Hello,

I have a plasma table which can be easily converted to a routing cnc table.
I am trying to cut 3/16" Aluminum with the plasma and I can tell you that I am NOT very happy with the quality. I did try all the possible combinations between speed distance amps volts etc - name it and I did it. The quality is not terrible but is not great. In the other side I cut mild steel perfect.
Ok, so now the question. Can I use a router to cut this thick Aluminum (like a rotozip) ? If yes with what tool and where I can find it.

    Thank you so much

    Hi:
Not an answer to your question, but a similar issue was covered with the same 3/16material:
