This is my basic needs and of cos i hope what i am building will be durable and lasting .

Here is a FEw Site i am looking at for the Package .

    http://www.xylotex.com/

    http://www.probotix.com/3_axis_stepp...r_driver_kits/

    http://www.kelinginc.net/ThreeXCNCPackage.html

xylotex offer one PCB for the 3 Driver .
which i am thinking if it break down or somehow due to my poor understanding
damage it .. i would have to replace the whole PBC ..
but other .. package offer 3 pcs PCB one for eaqch drive .. which if i damage anyone one of then during testing i can replace only the damage one .
i might be wrong - so do correct me and enlighten me
    -------------

i see some fancy Stuff like pendant jogger .
which i would be interested , anyone know any seller - for the product and what kinda . setup would i need s.
    --------
If you know other site with PAckage Kit -- and you think is A good option to view at please - provide URl thanks you

    ---------
i have been loooking at kelinginc stuff and a few other package seller out there for the Motor and drive package .. but all this technical term is confusing me ..

    ------
    So to start off

what kinda Stepper size would i need.
the price diffrent of NEMA 23 seen much cheaper .. would it be enough for my task ..?
    ------------------
IF NEMA 23 is the choice . what Oz would be better . 270oz or 425oz ? the price different is not much .

    ----------------------
    WHat is a Breakout Board . -????
    -----------------
Can i use USB .. or upgarde in future if i need too .
    -----------
chances is i would run my System on a Cheap old laptop .running on WIN xp .
    ---------------------------

I am also having problem to find a LEad screw for my cutting size --
can someone point be a direction ?
    -------------------------------
more or less i should have no problem making the TAble for cutting .
but the technial aspect on the steeper and computer is a kinda confusing for me .
    --------------------
what would be a good software to use - i am good at illustrator on adobe , but not sure if . 3d is the same ..
    ------------------
if you have package which you think is good or better please kindly suggest and put your reason why .
    -----------------

well i am looking at about 300-500 usd for the 3 axis package . to start off .
and kelinginc seem to be offering alot of parts .
    --------------------

    Spindle
    ------
base on cutting MDF that is 20-30mm thick .
what would be a stable good spindle - hope to keep price below $200
with lot of option to upgrade or after market parts . some spindle might be good but the drill bits and parts is expensive - i am guessing .
do suggestion . what is good .or what is best for my project .
    ------

i am so new to al this please advice , suggestion correct me if am wrong in anyway .

I think you might be out of the hobby league trying to build a machine as durable as you're requirements. 6-10 hours a day is going to require a very robust machine. And MDF is a horrible material to route because the dust clogs up everything.

I would suggest you look for some good used routers or even a new one. Komo, Thermwood, Gerber, all make wood routers. It sounds like you'll be in a production environment so get yourself a production machine, it will pay off in the long run. Also make sure to get an automatic lubrication system.

If you're just starting out a new business you might want to save your money and until you can afford a production machine send your parts to a local cabinet shop.

    Good luck.
