    Cool BIESSE ROVER A3.30 troubleshooting help

    This machine has probably been not serviced ever. I just started working it. Looking for some help troubleshooting it. I'm in Hawaii and it is difficult to get technician out here who know whats what and it cost a fatt ass load of things that make the shop run = $

    Problem with the RoverA3.30 : images of ERRORS provided

    PLC 9038 > Axis Drive KO Axis Z

    +

    YAS 758 > 91: Overload Warning Z

    I believe its the grease lines for/and motor for Axis Z

    any help would be Aloha!

    Hi,
    Excessive offset tension: maybe an object block the axis Z
    Insufficient vacuum (in 244): Check at the end of your electric book, the input/outpout modules are documented like this:

    Check to make sure if there is a counter weight or gas shock that helps support the weight of the Z axis.
