SRAM file is not the same as FROM file(NC Basic). SRAM file stores your parameter settings, PMC settings, programs etc. NC Basic is the operating system software for 18MC control.
If you are looking for FROM file NC-Basic, you need to know what series software you originally have on this control (such as BDxx). Please refer to Fanuc datasheet that comes with your machine. On the other hand it is almost impossible to get SRAM file for your particular machine since parameters are unique to your machine (unless someone has an identical machine with same control and can do SRAM backup for you).

NC Basic file is firmware of basic system.
This file is protected by Fanuc.co .
Except Fanuc.co , I don't known who can remove it.

Also ,I try to backup it ,but it warm me protected.
Have anyone know how to backup it and how to enter the service mode?

What file you search for? Please, tell me the series/version of Base software and filename.

Thanks for the reply. I have a Bridgeport machine with Fanuc oi-mc control. Every time when I power ON the machine the system goes to "SYSTEM MONITOR MAIN MENU" and an alarm blinks "ROM PARITY ERROR:NC BASIC"

I don't know how this file erased from the system accidentally? But when I go for the backup I found there are two files still in the system
SRAM1_0A.FDB
SRAM1_0B.FDB

Please help to recover the system so that i can start the machine. Please see the attached picture for the details of the control and software version.

omg ,no system files, i think someone push the flash rom initalisation.
you need complete files from system
the problem you will get on the option file and fater that you will need to certificate the controller.
is better to involved Fanuc if you want a wasy and clean fix
i do not know about your sram,hope is ok,if not you will need the cnc paramaters and the pmc paramters to load .

Hello:

So you lost all software files. You need more than 10 files. Do you have the DATA SHEET of the FANUC control? In the DATA sheet we can find what Main Pcb the control has, and all of the PCB inside the control.
Make a copy of the SRAM files.
Maybe you have a Hardware problem, that is why you cannot see any "ROM files".
Do you know what happened to the machine? It is very difficult for someone to erase the files unless they know how to do it. This is why I am thinking you have a hardware problem.
