    Why does my program reset

I just started at this company it is my first experience with Fadal.
after I drill a clearance hole with the endmill I want to go back in and pocket the area. After the drill routine my program jumps back to the beginning of the tool. Anyone that can tell me why would be greatly appreciated.
My previouse experience is with Matsuura and Robo Drills.

What is your line numbering convention in that program? I don't think it is legal syntax to use identical line numbers.
First you get good, then you get fast. Then grouchiness sets in.

(Note: The opinions expressed in this post are my own and are not necessarily those of CNCzone and its management)

In the past I have never had the line numbering make a differance. These Fadal machines seem to be a lot more uncooperative than Fanuc based machines. I will try renumbering and see if this helps, but I have to say the logic makes no sense to me. A line number is only a line number. The control should have to see a subroutine callout to jump to another part of the program.

numbering doesnt make a difference until you run canned cycles, like above. fix the numbers and you will be fine.
