Seig x2 Speed Control and c6 Control Board

Hey guys, I need help with setting up this combo. I have mach3 set up for the speed control, I used 6us for step pulse. I get a good voltage reading and the voltage changes from 0v-~11.8vdc when I change the spindle speed in mach3, I think I have the spindle board and control board connected properly, take a liik at the pics. red wire is pos. The problem is that the spindle runs at max rpms no matter what speed in mach or the voltage across p1 and p2. It turns on and off just fine, I have the accel set low for now and velocity all the way up.

Oh yeah, the little pot on the control board has no effect on adjusting the voltage, at all.

I'll post a pic of how I wired the C6 board.
Also, If you want to download the video I made showing it working,
download it here. (right click, Save As)
    It's a BIG highres .wmv, 121Megs.
A lot clearer than the one on [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9pI0_S5SmY"]Youtube[/ame] though.

I must have a different revision than the one in your picture, mine has 2 relays. But i have it all wired like in your pic. The voltage does change as i change the spindle speed in mach, but the spindle runs at full rpms no matter what. i have the spindle pulleys in mach set up for belt1 and belt2, so if i try to go above 2500 rpms in belt1 it says too fast for pulley, ect. So that is alright.

So idk, maybe it has something to do with the way that I have it turn on the spindle board, does anyone have a wiring diagram for the sieg x2 mill? If I hook up the original pot to the sieg control board I can adj the speed and have mach turn the spindle on. So maybe there needs to be a small pause after the spindle is turned on and then have the speed adjusted. but idk how i would do that.
