    I will explain my question other way. I have about 400 drawings to check and maintain. Some corrections must be done and I do automated printing (plot). Drawings are framed as for paper version. Some drawings contain (garbage) elements outside the frame. I use the command to pan view so, that I see entire drawing instantly in XY plane. If there is something outside the frame, it's easy to note and delete instantly. What the command is?

    what You do to find invisible garbage? You don't know layer, You don't know size, You don't know location (coordinates).
    If You know someone working with P-CAD, the comand is "lpan".

    That's right. And what You do if view is some wierd spatial angle?
