Looking for other owners of MT or NT mill turns...
yes
We have here in West Australia An NT4000 2 pallet about 6 months old And are very impressed with it.At the moment doing lots of Mining drillbits MasterCam programmed by local tech Teacher.Impressed with USB function for Memory.
We have one of the first MT2000s machines to come into the UK.
I make drankshafts complete among other complex racing engine components.
Great machine, but does not suffer fools well. The slightest bump needs hours to realign.
I am at present lookig at an NT4250 to ease its workload, but Matsuura's new 'milturn' looks very good and has their multiple pallet system on it.
Yes, we have a 7 months old NT4250SZ, haven't had time to see it's full potential jet as i've been learning both the machine and cad/cam. But this far it looks really good.
hi there, i worked for a company in new zealand for 4 yrs using and programming moriseiki mt253 mill/turn, mt 4000 mill/turn, and nt4250 mill/turn

I run a 2007 NT5400DCG at my day job and the thing is the biggest piece of junk.
The machine has never been crashed and breaks down atleast once a day. All kind of problems with toolchanger, Axis Sync alarms, hydro. system, etc etc and the worst thing is the machine will not hold size to save its own life.
This is a $1,000,000+ machine and its just sad. The warranty has run up on it.
It has been a lemon since day one.
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE NT SERIES......GO WITH MAZAK
