    TL 1 trouble

    any thoughts on why my TL 1 will turn my first programed dia. and be off .02 to .03 on the second dia.? I'm using one tool with no interruption.

    I had a similar problem once, and the cause was really simple; the insert was a bit loose and could rotate in little bit in the holder. Before getting involved in anything more comlicated just make sure your holder is clamped tight and the insert is in correctly and tight.

    thanks for the suggestion, but i did check the insert first or second. but thanks. i did have a x servo too large alarm last week and the service guys think in may be that motor or it's interface.
