Have a new QT 350 and want to find out if the is a M code to close the door (without holding both buttons) that is no forbidden.Or how to change parameters so this can be done.

for standard machine does not have M Code for door close or open
if u want to trying M56(door open) & M57(door close) but that is option not for standard

we have found the m 56 &57 but a message comes up that m 57 i a forbidden m code,i assume this is a safety function but do not want to stand holding the 2 door close buttns so i did think there may be a way around thisto close the door with the cycle start button as this machine has so many safety functions that the only thing i cant get caught in the door is my prick

the same way you cut righthand thread, except cut with tool travel backward back to front.

that right push 2 buttom for door close is a safety,but i have QTN 200 can use M56 & M57 because my boss bought it for option

for left thread,may be you can reverse the sequence of start point and end point or you can reverse the rotate
for example:
right thread start point z0, end point z25 may be you can reverse it to start pointz25, end point z0

i think there's another way for doing left hand thread you should use left hand tool and the spindle direction is in reverse and the program is the same as right hand thread start z0.0 and final z25 assuming the length of the thread...
