Where can I buy cheap (resharpened?) router bits to mill PCB?
p/s: I live half way across the globe from US so I hope the shipping won't empty my pocket!

Hi abasir
And welcome to the forum.
If your a little more descriptive(shank size,dia.,pics,etc..)
it will help the guys get you a quicker responce.
PEACE
It's to be used for isolation milling of PCB tracks. I guess about 0.3mm to 0.4mm diameter (1/8" shank) end-mill.
Will engraving bits works?
Well im not sure if this is what you are looking for? I think I am going to pick some up.

Woodknack,
I have always seen those bits but have been a little leery. I like Harbor Freight, for some things, but have recieved some pretty junky stuff from them in the past. Let us know of the quality if you do get them.
Thanks,
Chris
When I order them and get them I sure will let you guys know how they are. For what I would use them for im sure they would be fine. Just light engraving and cutting out wood parts. Nothing thicker then 1/4. Looks like Micro Mark has the same ones for $19.95. Click here to see those.
And the ones Micro Marks show are resharpened ones. Chances are the ones Harbor freight has are resharpened ones too! But for $12 bucks its worth a try.
I have found that if you are looking for something, like say a lathe for example. You can find the exact same lathe from Enco, HF,Central Machinery, ect. The only difference is the paint and the name on it. They are all made in the same factory in china.Sometimes some come with different tooling but virtually the same. As soon as an america company gets ahold of it and slaps there paint and sticker on it, The prices go haywire. Anyway my point is to shop around. Most of the time you are buying the same thing that another company has for less money if you do your shopping!

Thank you all. Placed my order with MicroMark as they can send to my location. Not sure how long it will take though :-0
Abasir,
Are these guys great or what?
Happy you found what you wanted.
Yes, you guys are great. It is now part of my daily ritual to check this forum. The best place to share info and learn as well!
Thats what we're here for.
Help and be helped. Once again welcome aboard.
I've got a set of the Microbits that Harbor freight sells. They are actually very nice bits. Only about 5 of the bunch are actually end mills though most are just drills. great for pcb drilling but the end mills in the set were .05" too big for pcb milling.
