    JPG to DXF

Is there a program that will convert a jpg file to a dxf file. I just want to take a logo that is a jpg and import it into my Virtual Gibbs software so I can cut it.

    Thanx
    Mike

    Hi, Mike

I'm sure you'll get some response here, as this is an often asked question. I haven't tried to find anything lately, but a Google search for "raster to vector" (without quotes) will bring up a lot of hits. I d/l'd the first one below the commercial links at the top of the page. I'll let you know if I have any luck with it.
Hey, why's it going over there?!!

I use the Free version of WinTopo to convert the image to DXF.

All the DXF files on my Blog involved WinTopo.

note - screenshots were lost during one of the several server migrations

there are a number of choices if you aren't hard wired to dxf

Thanks for the link, I've never tried "RasterFratz" I'll have to give that a try.
