Does anybody know what to mix in the water, on a water table?

To month ago I finish my Dynatorch CNC plasma cutting table with water bed.
Everything is working fine; I use some drawings I find here on CNC ZONE from Hypertherm..

And for anti corrosion in the waterbed i use cutting oil like for a band saw
    But is very messy.

Does anybody have any suggestions on this ??

    Thanks laurits

It's been over a month since I started using my table with the sodium nitrite mixture. I've got a good 1/2" of slag covering the bottom of the table but there's still no rust and the water almost looks clean enough to drink. There is no trace of the blue dye anymore.

Yesterday I call some companies who are selling that stuff here in Denmark but is not easy
And many of them don’t know about it. One company can sell me 50kg $260 extra feeds for small order and +shipping... Another company says that I need chemical permission from the police before I can buy .. my waterbed is on 3700liters so think I need 1.5kg of sodium nitrite

Also yesterday I send a email to Torchmate and ask how much the Plasma Quench does cost
    No answer yet..

Does anybody in here know what Plasma Quench cost??

I use washing soda (laundry type).

For 40 imperial gallons, 1-1/2 cups of washing soda is sufficient to prevent rusting in my water table.

Try Plasma Quench http://www.koalindustries.com/plasmaquench.html This is what I use in my table. I think it cost $250 for what I needed.

I use plasma quench as well. I think it cost me around $35 for 5 gallons. It treats around 150-200 gallons. According to the MSDS sheets, it's primary component is sodium nitrite.

Ever thought of using sacrificial cathodes? Bolt a few zinc blocks spread around in the waterbath. It is used widely in marine systems.
