It sounds like a free plug-in for Rhino Cad, which isn't free. Or is this a stand-alone program?

you can get freemill as a stand alone , i use it along with gmax to do 2 1/2D pictures and stuff , its a good program , simple but good

Freemill is a standalone program, and has ben around for many uears. It works good, but is limited to a single pass at full depth. If you need multiple passes, you have to generate separate code for each pass.
