Red face BPT R2G4 Fanuc 11MA Crash

Thanks for looking at my mishap. I was goind a simple G83 Drill Cycle when I crashed do to changing Tool Numbers for unity and forgeting to update the tool length register. Ops!

So I ramed a small drill into my fixture plate and heard the spindle labor some.

A simple fix, new drill and ( Now I have no % rapid override") Nothing else was changed and I even shut down and restarted. Still no, rapid override. Makes it a little difficult to step through a program.

Can anyone see an obvious thing that I have overlooked?

    Thanks,

    Lee

    I found the problem.

The 4 position % over ride switch ended up being a 5 position switch. I am not sure if I did this when I reacted to the crash or not.

I found the area of the ladder diagram that shows the logic of the switch. At first cycling through the switch positions did not cause the logic to change. Then after I had the panel apart and mess around I could see the hi low signals changing. This is when I found the extra position. Ended up that I had 100% at both extreams of the switch.

    It's working now.
