    320 Positioning Error

Ok I have a g320 running an 850oz servo with a ballscrew, I am also using the sound logic encoder interface, everything is shielded wiring.

In mach 3 i'm running a peck cyccle and checking the encoder readout on the settings screen, this is what i'm getting as the bottom stop anyone have any ideas?

    A total z change in 0.0262" over 7 holes, using a 200 cpr encoder for a final count of 4063.99994, i find 0.026" a bit excessive

Could this just be from bad tuning?

Nope it's probably from you vfd & spindle causing interference!

Going to try and pinpoint it, spindle powered off it runs like a charm never hits a 0.005 following error
